Employment Type: Full-time

Shift: Day shift, Weekends Off (6:00 AM to 3:00 PM Monday-Friday - Subject to change per DST AEDT 6 AM - 3 PM PH; AEST 7 AM - 4 PM PH (9:00 AM - 6:00 PM AEST)

Work Setup: Hybrid – Alabang (One week onsite, one week WFH rotation)

Salary: 25,000 – 30,000 (negotiable based on experience and expertise)

The Qualifications We Seek

  • At least 2 years of solid BPO/customer service experience with no short-term job stints or employment gaps
  • Proven experience handling high-volume calls in a fast-paced customer service environment
  • Must be residing in Parañaque, Muntinlupa, Las Piñas, Imus (Molino), or nearby areas close to Alabang (non-negotiable)
  • Must be available to start immediately or within a short notice period
  • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills with a clear, professional, and confident phone presence
  • Typing speed of at least 60 WPM with high accuracy
  • Strong attention to detail and data accuracy
  • Excellent multitasking, organization, and time management skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a patient, empathetic, and customer-focused approach
  • Ability to manage workload, prioritize tasks, and maintain performance under pressure
  • Experience supporting Australian accounts or healthcare customers is an advantage
  • Background in administrative or office support functions is a plus
  • Bachelor’s degree in any field is preferred but not required

Your Daily Tasks

  • Handle high-volume inbound calls from patients, primarily elderly clients
  • Make outbound calls to confirm, reschedule, cancel, and follow up on appointments
  • Schedule and manage patient bookings using internal systems and tools
  • Verify patient eligibility through the PRODA online platform
  • Update and maintain accurate patient records in Misoft and related systems
  • Provide clear, accurate, and complete information to patient inquiries
  • Use the Bone Bus Calendar to locate and coordinate available medical centers
  • Ask structured questions and accurately capture patient information
  • Demonstrate strong phone handling skills and active listening at all times
  • Manage multiple tasks, systems, and priorities efficiently
  • Ensure compliance with processes, data accuracy standards, and service protocols
  • Utilize Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, Outlook) for documentation and tracking
